An intimate overnight retreat held beside forest and river, created to support deep rest, nervous system restoration, and meaningful connection within nature and community.
With no need to drive home after a day devoted to healing, you are invited to rest even deeper and extend the sense of calm and openness that naturally arises when we gather, slow down, and sleep outside together in the elements.
We welcome you with arrival tea and energy ball nourishment, allowing the body to settle before moving into yoga, sound, and a floating sound bath experience. Lunch is simple, fresh, light, and made with love – summer salads shared together in nature.
The afternoon is intentionally spacious. You will receive one-to-one holistic treatments with each facilitator, while also having time to rest, walk by the river, take part in creative practices, paddleboard, play tennis, or simply do nothing at all.
As evening falls, we gather for a shared BBQ dinner by the fire, followed by cacao to support rest and sleep. The night is spent outdoors in luxury bell tents, held by the quiet of the forest and the surrounding elements.
You awaken by the protected river beneath the old oak tree, away from man-made walls – a gentle reminder that we are part of the natural world. From this space, the morning is unhurried, with breakfast shared together and slow departures.
