In collaboration with the beautiful Sam from Bodhi Holistic Wellness,
Sound & Soul Serenity is a 90 minute immersive experience held at The Yoga Shed in Wickham, where participants float weightlessly in aerial hammocks while receiving personalised Reiki and sound therapy from Michelle and Sam.
This deeply restorative journey supports nervous system calm, energetic balance and inner peace, inviting your body and mind into effortless relaxation and renewal.
